Code of Conduct

Blue Furia is focused on creating the best supporters experience in the MLS in support of Charlotte Football Club. We will chant, cheer, and motivate each other in order to do our best to positively influence the performance of our team. Blue Furia aims to create a culture that is inclusive and diverse and any act of violence or discrimination will not be tolerated. 

As a member of Blue Furia you are expected to: 

• Enthusiastically participate in songs and chants throughout the match 
• Wear the team’s colors during games (Blue Furia Gear or CLTFC Gear) 
• Provide a welcome environment for everyone in the stands or at events 
• Treat away fans with respect 
• Comply with the Stadium’s Code of Conduct at home and away games 
• Comply with the MLS Code of Conduct 

Blue Furia leadership has the right to remove membership from any member that negatively impacts the image of the supporter group or the club. Blue Furia leadership will remove membership based on their discretion. Below are some examples of actions that will not be tolerated: 

• Use racial slurs, vulgar language/images, hate speech or other disrespectful language aimed at others, either in person or online (including all forms of social media communications)
• Throwing objects onto the field during play 
• Ignoring stadium policy or guidance from stadium staff on modification of behavior 
• Engaging in disorderly behavior at games, events or watch parties 
• Causing any property damage at Bank of America stadium or any other stadium on the road 

*If any member violates the code of conduct, Blue Furia will not be responsible for any legal action taken against the member.

Blue Furia se enfoca en crear la mejor experiencia para los aficionados en la MLS en apoyo de Charlotte Football Club. Cantaremos, animaremos y motivaremos a los demás para hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo para influir positivamente en el desempeño de nuestro equipo. Blue Furia tiene como objetivo crear una cultura que sea inclusiva y diversa y no se tolerará ningún acto de violencia o discriminación.   

Como miembro de Blue Furia, se espera que usted:  

• Participar con entusiasmo en canciones y cánticos a lo largo del partido.  
• Use los colores del equipo durante los juegos (Blue Furia Gear o CLTFC Gear)  
• Proporcione un ambiente acogedor para todos en las gradas o en los eventos.  
• Tratar a los aficionados visitantes con respeto  
• Cumplir con el Código de Conducta del Estadio en los partidos en casa y fuera de casa Cumplir con el Código de Conducta de la MLS   

El liderazgo de Blue Furia tiene derecho a eliminar la membresía de cualquier miembro que afecte negativamente la imagen del grupo de seguidores o del club. El liderazgo de Blue Furia eliminará la membresía según su discreción. A continuación se presentan algunos ejemplos de acciones que no serán toleradas:   

•  Usar insultos raciales, lenguaje/imágenes vulgares, incitación al odio u otro lenguaje irrespetuoso dirigido a otros, ya sea en persona o en línea (incluidas todas las formas de comunicación en las redes sociales) 
• Lanzar objetos al campo durante el juego  
• Ignorar la política del estadio o la orientación del personal del estadio sobre la modificación del comportamiento  
• Participar en comportamiento desordenado en juegos, eventos o ver fiestas  
• Causar cualquier daño a la propiedad en el estadio Bank of America o cualquier otro estadio en la carretera   

*Si algún miembro viola el código de conducta, Blue Furia no será responsable de ninguna acción legal tomada contra el miembro.
