Tournament Format and Information

FIFA Tournament from 7pm -10pm
Arrive: Please arrive on or before 6:30pm to receive your wristband in order to play the tournament. We will have a table where you can check in. This wristband will also be used to order your food.
For those just wanting food, we will also sell ($10 per person) at the check in table and provide you a wristband.
Tournament Announcement: We will be making an announcement on the tournament rules at 6:45pm.

Tournament Info:
The tournament will start at exactly 7:00pm. Each match will be only 4 minutes long and the following match will start 5 mins. after (please check schedule on the link).
If you arrive 5 mins after your start time of your match, you would have to forfeit the match (3-0 auto loss).
There will be a total of 5 TVs with the name of the stadiums (This info is also listed in the schedule).
There will be a total of 16 groups and 3 players in each group. Each player will play two games for a chance to qualify to the next round. Only 2 players from each group will qualify to the knockout rounds.
If there is a tie within the groups, we will go with goal differential, If the goal differential is the same, we will go with the most goals scored. if that is still a tie, we will do a coin flip to qualify for the next round.
There will be a total of 32 players that will qualify to the next round (knockout stage). If the game ends at a tie, you will go straight to PKs.
The winner will receive this year's FIFA Tournament trophy, a CLT FC scarf, and 2 supporter section tickets for the first match vs New England Revolution.
